Dr. Marius Drugaș – Associate professor, University of Oradea

After graduating with a degree in psychology from the University of Oradea, he began his university career as a trainer, then continued as an assistant and lecturer, and in 2014 he became an associate professor. He completed his doctoral studies in psychology at the “Babeș-Bolyai” University, Cluj-Napoca. His teaching and research interests focus on personality psychology, organizational psychology, video game psychology, and the phenomenon of radicalization. He is one of the executive editors of the Romanian Journal of School Psychology and the Psychological Thought.
