Biodata:
Dr. Poonam Khurana, serving at Associate Professor (Management- HR and OB) and Counsellor at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies. She has been awarded with Best Teachers Award for the year 2018- 2019 at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies for her Academic Excellence. Dr. Poonam has been a Gold Medalist in the field of Psychology, qualified UGC-NET and also been awarded Doctorate in Organisational Behaviour from Faculty of Management Studies at University of Delhi.
She endures a teaching experience of 16 years to BBA, MBA and B tech courses under GGSIP University. She has worked at a position of Project Director cum Psychologist approximately for four years and has rehabilitated around 7oo cases, and has also conducted researches on the addicts. She has published her work in the areas of Personal Ethics, Spirituality, Interpersonal behavior, cognitive mapping, emotional intelligence and teaching effectiveness.
She has published one text book titled “Work Psychology” 3 Edited books and over 40 articles/ research papers in national and international journals and conferences of repute IIMs, IITs and Royal university Bhutan. She has been the Editor and Reviewer national and international journals. She has also been invited as session chair/ expert in national and international conferences to chair technical sessions.
